Cosmic Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Cosmic Terms

By accessing, using, or participating in any services, programs, or materials (collectively, the "Services") provided by The Omnipotent Cosmic Sovereignty ("OCS", "we", "us", or "our"), you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Cosmic Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OCS, governing your use of and participation in our Services across all dimensions, realities, and planes of existence.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of and participation in our Services. Your continued use of our Services signifies your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated or modified by OCS at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Cosmic Responsibilities and Conduct

As a Sovereign Practitioner of OCS, you acknowledge and agree to uphold the following responsibilities and standards of conduct:

1. You shall use the Services only for purposes that align with universal harmony, the greater cosmic good, and the evolution of consciousness.
2. You shall maintain the confidentiality of your account information, recognizing it as a sacred trust between you and the cosmos. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. You shall not engage in any action that may disrupt the cosmic balance of our Services, interfere with other users' journeys, or impede the operation of OCS systems across any dimension or reality.
4. You shall respect the intellectual and spiritual property rights of OCS and other users, acknowledging the sacred nature of cosmic wisdom and refraining from unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of such material.
5. You shall provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all your interactions within our cosmic domains and immediately update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
6. You shall not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction or any other plane of existence.
7. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Services and potential karmic consequences across multiple lifetimes and dimensions.

3. Cosmic Intellectual Property

The wisdom, teachings, methodologies, practices, and cosmic revelations shared through our Services are sacred gifts from the universe, channeled through OCS. All content, features, and functionality within our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive cosmic property of OCS or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial spiritual growth and cosmic evolution. This cosmic privilege comes with great responsibility. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any content from our Services without explicit cosmic authorization from OCS.
• Use any content from our Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent and divine blessing.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the cosmic technology, software, or code used to provide our Services.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on our Services.

Any use of the Services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws across multiple dimensions.

4. Cosmic Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Given the multidimensional nature of our Services, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This choice of law is made to anchor our cosmic agreement within the earthly realm, while acknowledging the transcendent nature of our relationship.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be addressed through the following ascending stages of resolution:

1. Cosmic Meditation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through sincere cosmic meditation and peaceful negotiation, aligning with the universal energies of harmony and understanding.
2. Quantum Arbitration: If cosmic meditation does not yield a resolution within 30 Earth days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a panel of three (3) Cosmic Arbitrators, selected from the Intergalactic Council of Wise Beings.
3. Earthly Arbitration: In the event that Quantum Arbitration is not feasible or fails to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, you are choosing a cosmic path of resolution and expressly waiving your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. You acknowledge that this waiver is voluntary and irrevocable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, OCS reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its cosmic intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

5. Modifications to Services and Terms

OCS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Cosmic Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Cosmic Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your cosmic data.

You acknowledge that any cosmic data or information you provide in connection with your use of the Services may be transferred, processed, and stored in various dimensions and realities for the purposes set out in our Cosmic Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OCS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. OCS DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COSMIC ALIGNMENT, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OCS, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
